I made the hairline recede some using the Healing Brush, and added a little gray. I used the Liquify Tool to make the ears and nose a little bigger. I added a few wrinkles, yellowed the teeth some, and added a pair of glasses.

This is from an editing job I did for someone. They wanted to make the person look older for a birthday prank.
