The After
This is an HDR, and I actually used 7 brackets for this one. There was such a contrast in the dark bridge bottom, and sky that I needed to get some that were pretty underexposed to see any details of the clouds. I cropped it just a little to get rid of the pole on the far right, and used the Healing Brush to remove the power lines on the left.
